  Possibly the most honest portrayal of Indian life I’ve seen in film. The film could’ve focused on romanticising the poverty, trying to highlight the differences in lifestyle and culture between its subject and its international audience but it chose to let the backdrop and it’s characters just be who they are and instead focus on their story.
