Love this film and Diego and Gael’s performance of Youth, immaturity, and Jealousy. Simultaneously commenting on the insecurity of men and they’re perceived ownership of women while showing Mexicos government doing the same to Marginalized citizens in a roadtrip romantic drama is lowkey….. Dope

City of Awesome, watched with dad and he predicted all the twists cause he grew up in Latin ghetto too. Just like La Heine the parts of regular life like Rocket trying to get laid makes me happy- also kind of shows how comedy is really the regular human moments that happen during/ in spite of tragedy.
