This is a film where a lot happened but also nothing happened. I know what it was trying to do but it’s disappointing bc other films have already done it better and it’s not adding much to the conversation.
That doesn’t stop Ayo Edebiri from being incredibly watchable as always and John Malkovich from being a total freak. Also, the music genuinely slaps

why was the band’s reunion in athens when they’re from the uk? is it just to make it nicer for the mums in cinemas to watch with their glass of sauvignon… probably.
not a massive detail, did bug me though. I actually have a lot of questions about this film. like, is Rachel a schizophrenic? she hallucinates Take That musical numbers to deal with trauma.
I could go on but I won’t. I really don’t want to.
