  It was funny. After watching his other two films "The killing of a sacred Dear" & "The Lobster", and seeing how praised this was, I had better expectations tbh.

  The mist is one of my favorite stories by Stephen King, I had the fortune to listen a masterfully made audiobook of it.

  It was a decent adaptation of the book, certainly better than the Netflix's serie. Since it's a movie, a lot of content had to be inevitably cut and I have to say that among the changes the biggest one is the very end. I don't really like how they changed the ending.

  The Killing of a Sacred Deer 2017

  The unique and mechanical way of dialogue made me anxious already after the first 10 minutes of the film lol. Then in the 2nd half, precisely after the encounter in the hospital's bar, everything took an even more unsettling turn; I've watched till the end with a complete sense of unease that still lingers now after finishing it. An unusual watch, I liked it. I'll definitely check the other works of this author.
