  There's always gotta be one film each awards season that makes me feel like I'm being punk’d. This film is straight up not good.

  There are some interesting ideas and it's well produced. Zoe Saldana is mostly pretty good. It definitely takes some risks... but it's also just a train wreck of clunky dialog, shallow character tropes, and terrible, unnecessary musical numbers.

  I'm neither Mexican nor trans (then again, neither is the director...) so I can accept that maybe this movie…

  Frantic and overstuffed, even for a kids movie, but nicely animated. Pete Davidson surprisingly carries the flick.

  Kids gave it a hundred stars out of a millionty thousand billion, but it wasn’t as good as Sonic 3, for whatever that’s worth.
