The Darjeeling Limited 2007
i love this movie so much. it always leaves me with such a warm feeling in my heart. each of the brothers are so sweet and charming in their own way, and the dialogue and subtle interactions really pull at me
obviously it’s visually stunning, but the message always echoes for me after every watch. the past always sticks with you, you can’t run away from it. but it’ll give you some character along the way and you’ll learn that there’s some baggage you need to let go of

i was watching an episode of SATC where anthony says “nobody puts baby in a corner…DIRTY DANCING??!!!?” and i was like hmm i’ve never actually seen that movie. so i turned this on after the episode ended (curious mind)
this movie is soooo 80s lol. kept me captivated the whole time from the dramatic pauses, hair flips, large belts - the movie felt like a time capsule
