Shock Treatment 1981
Not sure why I never reviewed this but I love this movie. Song wise I think Richard O'Brien may even outdo his work from Rocky Horror with this. It's also kind of crazy that this movie predicted reality TV purely on accident. They just couldn't shoot outside because of a strike but it ended up giving the film a super interesting setup. It may not be as iconic as the movie it's sort of a sequel to but years of Rocky Horror over-exposure make this one a more enjoyable watch for me. Great stuff.

Woman of the Hour 2023
Making an engaging movie about a nine minute TV segment is no easy feat but but Kendrick pulls it off wonderfully in her directorial debut. The structure didn't always work for me but the performances really carry this one. It also tells the story in a very impactful way. The changes made to the real life story serve a great purpose and make this into something really captivating.

I actually love this movie....not because it's good....it's not. It's really bad. It feels completely hollow and pointless. So what do I love about it?
Jared Leto gained so much weight for this role that he got gout and then no one saw the movie. That's hilarious.
