This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I feel like Ridley had a very coherent movie in mind, and then saw Dune 2, and thought, “those are some pretty good ideas” and tried to jam it into this one. It could have been decent if the plot didn’t completely go off the rails after Acacius's death, but instead we get a heavily misguided ending because someone realised that the main character has about at MOST 30 lines in his own film. Ridley Scott, man, just try to stop with blockbusters.
