  very funny that todd philips hates anyone who empathized with joker in the first one, but the rejection of incel culture has to also not be boring. great concept, piss shit Doo Doo execution.

  one of the best interpretations of "becoming a monster to beat the monster" that i've ever seen, right down to the title. taxi scene is playing on loop in my head. violent throughout but i never felt desensitized to it, which was super important in making soo-hyun's actions and methods as reprehensible and impactful as they were. the score was perfect, and the cast was phenomenal. unfortunately was occasionally visually bland, but it never bothered me too much.
