The Russo brothers are like a one-trick pony that won a big race five years ago and hasn’t come close since. Calling them a one-trick pony might be generous, considering The Electric State—their attempt at recreating an “Avengers-level threat” (and budget) without Daddy Feige holding their hand—is anything but good.
