  Took me 4 months to finish watching it. Now I have mixed feelings, because the ending seemed to be there, and they didn’t mess up the vfx (even though they did seem to use a few editing “tricks” so they could avoid vfx in some scenes completely, even with all the massive budget they had). Even the weird scene with the cats is, at least, something unique for this film. And, of course, it’s less than 2 hours, which seems…

  They made an exciting spy action thriller, starring Nick Fury & Maria Hill.
  It was called Agents of SHIELD.

  Secret Invasion, however, is more like MCU's The Room. As in, it's still a must-watch, but mostly because of how rare it is to observe such dissonance between all production departments, especially when the producers already have a solid track record of the most successful movie and TV franchise ever made.
