Pretty B-movie overall, but has some nice effects and funny jokes. It's very clear that the creators can't wait try out a bunch of camera and visual effects. Lots of scripting and dialogue is cringey though, with "deep" quotes getting thrown around making it clear that the movie takes itself more serious than it has any business to.

The Autopsy of Jane Doe 2016
Great pacing and atmosphere in the setup. Even though you know more or less what's coming the mystery is able to be drip-fed and maintain constant tension. Sadly doesn't have an ending that sends it over the top. The wrap-up is satifsying and thought through though, pointing to a non-obivous retrospective if you let it.

Anvil! The Story of Anvil 2008
I saw this movie shortly after it's release. I'd never heard of Anvil (who had?) but a friend took me to a metal show that started off with a documentary screening. It turned out to be this documentary.
Right now I cannot think of a more genuinely moving movie than this. Maybe it's the fact that you know it's all real, or maybe it the intense honesty of the dreams of these men. This is one of only three movies…
