So, so close to being an all-timer. Felt like I was watching a Mamet play directed by the Coens, but it was missing something. I think maybe it was the acting. Rylance was great, but the rest of the cast were underwhelming. None of the gangsters scared me. I’d actually love to see it on stage with a different cast.
