Chose this as a palate cleanse before Spooktober since it’s been on our watch list forever and is an independent project by some of our favorite comedy people. A bit messy but I found it funny and charming.

The Menu 2022
Fiennes is incredible as always and I’m a lifelong Leguizamo fan (I’m talkin’ the Pest and Freak days)!
Hoult’s performance must’ve been brilliant because from minute one I wanted his annoying a$$ axed.
I too loved Chef’s Table and was there for peak foodie culture. And yes, yuppies suck. This just didn’t live up to the hype.
The double cheeseburger looked phenom though! Too bad it was the only dish that did.

Ready or Not 2019
Reviews seem to be all over the place for this one, but this blend of horror and comedy works for me.
The story kept me interested, cringing, laughing, and jumping in fright all the way through.
These folks know how to entertain. Idk about y’all but that’s why I came.
Oh and great to see Adam Brody! I haven’t seen the last couple of Scream movies. Wasn’t a fan of Promising Young Woman or Jennifer’s Body so the last thing I may have seen him in that I liked was Thank You for Smoking 😂

Fright Night 1985
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
How often do vampires buy new houses? Does a vampire’s victims become human again once the vampire has been destroyed?
Ahh, nevermind all that… this is a masterpiece!
