Went into this one with high hopes and I’m pleased to say this hit on all cylinders.
A deep, dark NOIR take on Batman that focuses on its own style, renders its own themes and draws from a lieu of the franchises best characters.

A Star Is Born 2018
Watched this film with no audio as I was peering up the aisle of my plane onto another passenger’s screen. Story was actually incredibly moving and emotional, as the flight attendant had to make a few trips to my seat to deliver more tissues as the story unfolded.
