Not a critic, not an expert, I just like movies and sometimes share my (likely very amateur) opinion.

Attended its avant-première with a lively audience of children and animation fans.
    This film has broad appeal!
A cat's unprecedented adventure delves into themes of adaptation, renewal, collectivism, and coexistence.
The unfolding events brings in forward an analogy with a well-known biblical narrative.
The character design, subtle yet descriptive, charges each of the animals with personality and life, even in the absence of dialogue (and often, even sound).

Clumsily blends critiques of the healthcare system and climate change. The theatrical dialogue feels forced, and the script is delivered woodenly. The acting, intended to be simple, comes across as simplistic and unconvincing.
    Also wtf Tilda.

Comments often tussle with the film's morality, ethics, and the methods employed in its making. While undeniably a mockumentary, the film has the potential to mislead viewers, if the historical context and the motivations behind its production are not made clear.

Bunuel, tempering his surrealist tendencies, offers a valid criticism of Franco's regime and Fascism more broadly. However, this may have come at the expense of improperly portraying the depicted communities (according to some), potentially undermining the film's credibility, and consequently its impact.
