  Flawed attempt to romanticize the raw ugliness of armed conflicts

  Am I the only one who thinks that creating a play in the middle of a war isn't the best idea? They seem to lack survival instincts.

  Overall, it is difficult for the audience to take the plot seriously

  2nd time I watch a movie with 1.5x speed
  I didn't have high expectations because I don't really appreciate Sofia Coppola. And I got what I expected
  So many useless shots
  Pointless storyline
  0 context : at least show why the people of France are angry. I felt like Coppola victimized the royal family when it ran away, which is nonsense.
  The costumes are the only thing that refrained me from stopping mid-way.
