Watching Behemoth was an amazing experience, and it really was an experience. The images are so alive - I could smell the air, feel the heat of the sun, my lungs filled with all the dust that surrounds the environment presented. The workers are presented in such an intimate way; in the scenes where they are washing themselves in their houses, the director brings us so close to them. We can see the filth on their bodies, the bruises, but…

The scene up in the skies - Stratman's camera capturing the skies, slowly changing, while a voice-over narrates a dramatic story and the music and sound effects slowly turn more and more sinister - is beyond incredible. Difficult film to describe, but damn good.
