Imma say it. This was a MASTERPIECE of animation. It truly showcased the power of animation as a storytelling medium.
Visual metaphors of expectations crushing you, the world falling apart around you, swallowing you whole, and heartbreak have been done before. And well. But the Pickles executed these complex human emotions and experience with such heart and humor.
It was beautiful crafted and just another example of animation having unlimited potential in the hands of talented and creative people. Thank you animators!
