One of the best depictions of Batman's early days I've ever seen, as well as one of his most compelling and tragic romances. Truly an amazing exploration of Bruce Wayne as a man, something we rarely see.

A Real Pain 2024
I can understand that this is a good film, but it just really wasn't for me. I don't find cringey moments all that appealing, and Kieran Culkin's entire character just felt like a less well-written ripoff of Roman Roy. It also felt like Eisenberg got barely any screentime or development, which just left a bid of a hole in what is meant to be a two-protagonist story.

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days 2003
Never in my life has a film's protagonist made me want to tear out my eyes and ears more than this one's.
I'm going to have to rewatch something like Whiplash, Seven Psycopaths or The Truman Show in order to cleanse my palette and not make me permanently hate cinema.

Con Air 1997
97,401 people have rated this film on Letterboxd. 6,412 people gave it a 5 star rating. That means there are 90,989 idiots on this website. Nothing in this movie is fluff, no scene is unnecessary, no detail randomly strewn about without purpose. This film is a masterpiece of the 20th century, and if i could choose one piece of media to send out into space to represent human society, I would send this film. At the 1998 Academy Awards, Titanic was awarded 11 prizes. 11 prizes that should have gone to this instead, for it is peak cinema.
