This movie is so wholesome. The film looks like a kid's movie from the outside. But actually, there's something here for everyone regardless of age. The film is fun, funny, reckless, and action-packed. But the movie also makes you appreciate the little things. Particularly, the ways in which each character overcomes their differences with others is especially wholesome. I loved how Ash and Kristofferson eventually became friends. Similarly, Mr. Fox's speech at the end made me leave the theatre with a smile. In the end, this is truly a film for all ages that will leave you satisfied regardless of your background.
