  From a movie standpoint, it's just a bit average. The cinematography is cool, the acting is fine (although some line deliveries made me laugh), and the plot is just a bit lame. I thought Michael Shannon did a pretty good job as Beatty.

  If you have read the book, then you know the people who made this did not care about doing a good job of implementing the core themes. Not really a great display of Guy Montag's internal struggle.…
