Reptile 2023
Good performance from Timberlake. Overall, the movie felt a bit long and sometimes hard to keep up with but was good. I’d recommend.
Del Toro and Silverstones character development was my favorite. Their relationship seemed like a treat to see in the midst of the movie. Silverstone was DOWN for him, and his love for her was palpable.
I enjoyed the random scene of him confronting the construction worker. Good writing on that scene.

This is in my top two films of 2023. Absolutely incredible. Both Heart wrenching and heart opening. Nothing but gratitude for this film.

The Equalizer 3 2023
This was incredible. The themes of spirituality, divine timing and fate rang from the first church bell we heard as we were introduced to the scenery of Italy. I really enjoyed it because it made me FEEL. I felt so much empathy, grace, gratitude, hope, compassion, remorse… the list goes on. And of course, excitement from the action of the film.
Not to mention, the cinematography was beautiful, rich, dark and moody.
& obviously, Denzel killed it. I kept thinking “he really is 1 of 1”.
Yes, yes and more yes.
