The Parallax View 1974
Beautifully shot. There are so many beautiful frames and sequences throughout this film. It is surprising that a big studio like paramount used to be able to fund independent films with personality like this. The several minute psychological test was such a bold and tonal shifting decision.

Travis definitely got his steps in
I just didn’t connect with this movie as much as I was hoping to. Great last act though. Also, the use of color throughout the movie was phenomenal. The pervasive red white and blue, matching of the red car with the sweaters, and the green of mother and child in the final scene.
