In a way this was Holland's Spider Man origin story.
I wasn't expecting that much from this, being a Marvel film, but it didn't felt like it, it felt like a standalone film. Does it have a lot of fan service? Yep. But it worked so well, I felt like a kid watching the first Spider Man. This also showed, yet again, the best thing about Peter Parker, his morality. It was so so good and I can't wait to see it again.
