the 70s of this felt very costume-y somehow. Nothing felt very lived in. Even her hair is just like…normal millennial hair?? All the t-shirts look brand new? Idk.
I also always think it’s funny when someone creates a part for themselves based on a real person and then almost entirely fictionalizes it so they get to seem way more smart and witty and “ahead of their time” etc etc. they even replaced the generally liked host with a hyper-misogynistic caricature just so she could stick-it-to-the-man a little harder.

This man cares SO MUCH about dogs wellbeing and stability to the point he’s unwilling to adopt them out to eager dog lovers, but runs his business so badly that a single donation falls through and it’s like well, guess we have to shut down the shelter. ????
