Sadly didn't grip me as much as I was hoping it to. I think this would've worked better as a film rather than a miniseries as the content feels a little too stretched out to justify its existence. Andrew Garfield is great as the lead and the show starts off intriguing, but its constant reliance on flashbacks leading up to the murders coupled with the completely unnecessary even further back flashbacks of Joseph Smith's time just makes everything drag out longer than needed.

Agatha All Along 2024
This was cute. I liked the episode format of each one being a new trial on the Witches' Road that similarly to WandaVision would change the time period and wardrobe of the cast. Though it is yet another Marvel installment that doesn't really do much to move the plot forward. Waiting until the finale to drop the Agatha flashback was kinda pumping the brakes too, but I can't really think of a better place to put it.

The chronicle of Mel Gibson is quite something. How do you get blacklisted from Hollywood for several years, come back with a pretty good movie in Hawksaw Ridge, take a nearly 10 year break in directing, and then come back once again with THIS shit? At least it's nice to see Topher Grace in something every so often.
