  The direction of capitalism is nothing but self-immolation! Bodies have no value when forcibly sacrificed to the fallacy of progress, rotting under their own weight in vain hopes of contributing to longevity. Each system is in place to maintain this subjugation, prison walls built to breed inevitable violence.

  Firstly, to clarify, the 2 1/2 star rating has been earned because of the film’s technical brilliance (some outstanding cinematography) and cast of absolutely incredible performers who play their respective roles with such pinpoint realism it’s almost breathtaking. In every traditional aspect, this film is brilliant. 

  Now, here’s why I find this film extremely problematic.
