Never Rarely Sometimes Always 2020
Wouldn't wish this film on anyone. Falling off a bike is more pleasant than watching this but equally memorable and informative. Not gonna stop thinking about all the horrible bastards in this film and how brave these two protagonists are. Great performances from them and really strong use of music between gaps of silence that felt like years

whatever man
i was cheering whenever the liquid metal fruity terminator was on screen but this feels like it would have been way smarter if we actually did a nuclear holocaust on ourselves at the end of the 20th century.
there's a lot to unpack here about changing the path of humanity away from a never-ending arms race. the inventor character says something like "I don't know how I feel about being responsible for 3 billion deaths" which really hit home.
Then the next scene is like The Terminator being like "yes I know now why humans cry :((("Translated from by -
