fun watch but the writing left something to be desired. also i don’t really see why it’s being billed as a rom-com when there wasn’t a shred of romance or love present anywhere in the film. lead actress is talented but wow what a terrible (and inexplicable) long island accent randomly? and yeah she was kind of a dumb bitch overall and all the characters are pretty one-note but i didn’t go into the theatre expecting anything revelatory or transcendent…
