The Curse 2023
The Curse explored very contemporary issues like showing both economic classes' icky sides when faced with neoliberal gentrification in a nuanced way; the rich's virtue signally and desperate attempts at humanizing themselves which only future distances themselves from everyone, and the poor's attempts at milking their semi generosity due to their mistrust. The show also explored the girlboss wife/cuck husband dynamic really well. It succeeded really well there where most media cant fully explain the feeling without being so obvious…

Almost Famous 2000
Everyone was unintentionally unlikable and was an underdeveloped stereotype in this character driven film. The severity of the adult setting in the film with the MPA censorship made the film's ending tonally confused. This movie deserves to be stripped of its cult status and forgotten to spare influencing young adults into developing poor taste in cinema. Show them The Pee Pee Poo Poo Man instead
