  Man, I really wanted to like it. My 12-13 year old self woulda loved it. Maybe I’m just old and pretentious now. I don’t know. Radcliffe felt very miscast. The Weird Al dubbing kinda ruined the songs for me. It wasn’t funny and it took me out of watching Radcliffe try to perform them. And then it unashamedly ripped the humor from Walk Hard. It couldn’t stand on its own feet otherwise. There’s 3 or 4 moments where I chuckled.

  The greatest party scene of all cinematic history? More than, “In the running.” I could only find a copy of this on YouTube to rent for 3.99 (HD), but needless to say it’s the best 3.99 I’ve spent in a second.
