The Perks of Being a Wallflower 2012
I watched this film again recently because it’s one of my favourite films, and it definitely still holds that title. All of the characters are incredible, but Charlie is by far one of my favourite characters , and I just adore watching him blossom from being withdrawn to accepting that he’s worthy of love and friendships and trusting those around him. The film perfectly portrays how mental health can affect you, and the people around you, and the soundtrack is great as-well. Overall a 10/10 for me and always will be.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this film. Barbies journey of self discovery was like such a breath of fresh air. That you can be any type of women you want to be, and you don’t have to have everything figured out yet. It was so healing for my inner child, watching a girl who I was always desperate to be and look like, and be able to relate to her on such an emotional level.
