  I couldn’t stop thinking about them getting salmonella. 

  I feel similarly to this as I do to watching the Social Network after the Trial of the Chicago 7. I just watched Cha Cha Real Smooth and it is so clearly a more funded and more advanced work by the same creator. I think if I’d seen this stand alone id like it more than I do.

  God I do love a good coming of age family dramedy. Aside from a very surface level representation of autism this was really good! The dynamics between each of the characters were so well done! And it was really incredible to see them change as you learn more alongside Andrew. It felt so much like the reality of finding new information and having it change your perspective. It always amazes me how creators are able to bottle that incredibly nuanced…

  I really enjoyed this! 

  I did get sleepy in the middle cause I’m running on 3 hours of sleep. But I found it conceptually very interesting and I think they did a really good job with it. 

  My only real complaint is the timeline and dream sequences made it slightly hard to tell what was real and what order it was happening in.

  I need a fandom to build around movies like this and Huckabees like it has around rocky horror. I wanna go to a room full of philosophy dorks with weird senses of humor and see them act these movies out with specific jokes and things to tell. 

  This was wonderful! Great movie! Great cast! Absurd and intelligent and witty and stupid all in the best ways 

  I know he’s a bad president but Sam Rockwell is a legend and I love him! 
  Also Zooey de Chanel really did her time as a manic pixie dream girl for a while there
