    Fun flick! But the barrage of gags about Mattel/the patriarchy left me feeling like someone had been nudging an elbow into my side for 2 straight hours, winking, and saying “didja get that?” - which took away from what were some hilarious sequences and dazzling performances.  

    Greta winks, suggesting we’re in on the jokes at Mattel’s expense, but it makes the joke a little less funny when you realize that expense is going straight into their pockets and Greta is still very much “milking the dark mother of capitalism”.
