The Phantom of the Opera 2004
I enjoyed this!! It was very spooky in parts but it was very campy and I loved the costuming and set design as well. It is difficult bc I of course want to root for the reclusive older man living under the opera house but there are some red flags that are difficult to ignore. It lost a half a star for the weird way he was suddenly blonde when his mask came off I cannot forgive that

The way I feel is so difficult to put into words!!! This movie has been such a long time coming and it feels like such divine timing for Ariana to play Glinda. She outshines everyone and yet everyone is incredible!!! The colors, the music, the way it built upon the original story!! The practical set and effects!! It was so beautiful so emotional so FUN. I desperately need a recreation of the dress that Glinda wore to the Ozdust ballroom…
