  Not bad but not great.

  The film is a great original imagining and opens with an intriguing set up but I found the story began to drag in the second half. It lost some of it's intrigue and became a tad predictable for me.

  Director Bong is still one of the finest at his craft today but unlike most of his films, Mickey 17 loses it's momentum and falls back down to the level of okay stories.

  Jackass: The Movie 2002

  Why do I remember watching sweaty fat fucks on YouTube when I was 10? Gosh maybe the best and worst part of growing up in the 2000's was having parents that knew nothing about internet supervision.

  Thus ends the great 2025 Jackass Marathon.

  He hasn't lost his touch, not even a little bit! I could go on about how I feel connected to this movie but I'll keep it short and just say, I feel connected to this movie.

  Dune is a phenomenal film of epic proportion.

  I went into Dune completely blind, having not read the book, seen the 1984 film or even seen a single trailer.

  Denis Villeneuve has crafted a brilliantly paced long haul epic that is both eye opening and jaw dropping. We haven't seen this kind of top tier story telling in a film of this scale since Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy.
