Enjoyed it, especially the photography aspects, and the cast gave a decent performance with incredible set pieces, but it kind of hummed along at the same pace throughout. I don't think any of the characters really developed much and it lacked a narrative arc somewhat.

Nosferatu was ace and pretty darn scary - Robert Eggers knows how to really build tension. Saw a dad with his two (prob too young sons) leave the cinema when it got too much - not one for sensitive souls. Lily Rose-Depp was incredible as was Bill Skarrsgard. Wonderful cinematography and score. Two shadowy thumbs up.

Such a simple premise well executed - keep coming back to this as a fav xmas movie. The making of extras on apple TV were interesting also.

I saw Watchmen in New York shortly after reading the graphic novel. While I thought it was technically brilliant, it just didn't catch me like the comic did.
