  The thoughtful discussions in this film add such new depth to the purposefully muted colors and often shallow focus during its honest exploration of needs and desires. I like how kind it is, everyone seems so plush and vulnerable.

  It’s a good time, there’s something that feels spacious and boundless about all the environments. It’s a jungle that feels like you could actually get lost in it. I got pretty invested in characters here and there, there’s a pretty good blend of personality, morals, goals you name it. The deaths are crazy exaggerated which is always a bonus. A great family Christmas movie ♡︎
