Naturally, too long. Nevertheless, the beautiful direction, cinematography, and score carries the viewer through the sprawling story at a comfortable pace.

What an egotist Bob Dylan is.

Timmy is great and Monica Barbaro should be in more stuff!

I don't know how to put any thoughts into words right now. This world is so cruel. In the midst of cruelty there are always beacons of hope, otherwise why would anyone carry on. Kate and David Bagby are those beacons, and are a constant reminder to anyone who can witness their love, that good exists, and that there are things worth fighting for.

Wow. What a film. Fellini demonstrates some of the best direction I've ever seen, the way he manipulates the audiences focus is incredible.

Seems to me like The Godfather theme is heavily influenced by this score. The famous dance scene in Pulp Fiction is obviously based off the dance between Mario and Gloria and I also saw many parallels between this and one of my favourite films ever; Synecdoche, New York, which was made 45 years later! This just shows how ahead of his time Fellini was.

    A cinematic landmark.
