Bong Joon Ho is back, and this time he’s cloning around with Mickey 17, a sci-fi comedy that’s as fun and funny as it is chaotic (in the best way). What could have been a mess turns into something surprisingly funny, heartfelt, and crazy entertaining, thanks to some good writing, a great concept, and stellar performances.

Robert Pattinson is unrecognizable as Mickey (how the heck does he go from Batman to this?!). The way he shifts his voice, mannerisms, and…

    Loved it!!

Starts off like your typical “meet the friends at a secluded cabin” flick, but then it flips the script harder than a malfunctioning AI. Sophie Thatcher’s portrayal of Iris is electric, making you question who’s really running the show. The gore is dialed up to eleven, and the dark humor sneaks up on you, much like Iris herself.

I went into the film knowing very little about the story, and honestly, I was pretty underwhelmed. While I fully understand the importance of the subject matter, I don’t think the film does it justice in terms of storytelling. The haunting reality of the characters’ experiences is powerful, but the way it’s constructed feels messy and all over the place.

I did appreciate the unique first-person perspective. It worked in some parts but overall, it felt more like a hindrance…

Let's be honest, none of us wanted a sequel to Gladiator, and I certainly didn’t anticipate it to match the original’s brilliance. However, it pleasantly surprised me—in the best possible way. While it’s not flawless, Gladiator 2 manages to capture the heart, thrill, and epic moments that made the original so captivating, making it a worthy continuation of the story.

My biggest complaint with the film is its initial struggle. The first 30-40 minutes were rough. After an intense opening…
