  I think other movies do the clone/coming back idea better like The Prestige.

  Robert Pattinson’s performance is weird and I don’t know if it works for either of his personas. 

  Mark Ruffalo doing his unlikeable persona like in Poor Things mixed with a very hamfisted Trump overtone

  Overall I think the movie just meanders from plot point to plot point, with a very generic sci fi setting. Watch Snow Piercer instead.

  This movie goes from an absolute nightmare to a Disney movie. I think I like the first 2/3s of the movie more than the ending.

  The dog actor is so incredible bc how can it act suspicious. It deserves an Oscar for its performance.

  The Thing as a monster is absolutely terrifying and disgusting. 

  It’s hilarious that ET and The Thing came out weeks within eachother. One is alien good, the other is alien bad. Both trying to go home 🥺🥺
