  In retrospect, this a film where we get to see interactions being built within language itself, the human condition often internalized by words and images, especially when that value is translated into the medium of cinema. Yet by immediately canceling the romantic tension between Hae-Sung and Nora, their reunion becomes an incredibly straightforward cutout leading to their departure.

  Where as we get to recollect the individual memories throughout Nora's childhood, the film simply condenses her episodic life to mere idealist…

  When it comes to concert films, there is always a general bias when it comes to appreciating their craft. On one hand, artist are able to contexualize and exert most of their raw performance through those documents at it's fullest potential. but on the other hand, the aspect of filmmaking is usually over-shadowed by the persona, or the soundtrack itself already being regarded into high-apparatus.   Mirrors that reminds us of scars, both pshycially and mentally. There is always an urge to imagine a fantasy where resposibilties lose their meaning, where we could envision "simpler times" by comparing our inner problems with the surface level perceptions of bliss we see through the people around us. And to be honest, it would have been easy to make alternate realities a methapor of escapism, especially when it relies through the aestehtics of fantasy.

  Low wages, prostitution, revisionism, colonialism, and constant backstabbing.

  Despite the struggling citizens throughout the film proclaiming they are lucky and content with their lives, they at least keep in mind that there is always one person affected with worse scenarios below their status of wealth.
