  The Good:

  Some surprisingly pleasing cinematography and some stand out sequences.
  Great performances from an ensemble cast. Mark Strong as an ever brilliant villain, and a solid performance form Nicholas Cage.
  The film manages something others in the genre don't, it actually feels like a comic book. I don't know how Vaughn manged this, or made it work - but I love it.
