Absolutely no reason to add the white supremacy plot line, especially when they cut out the more intricate themes of identity and variation, especially amongst the creepers. So much good storyline from the books left out that would have made this boring movie even slightly compelling.
I'm so confused because this could have been on par or even better than Snowpiercer, and yet Bong Joon-ho went for the Hollywood movie rather than what could have been an intellectual thing piece.
