  A wonderful movie that builds tension throughout but never forgets to give some needed relief. This movie embodies the city and the community it portrays.

  Saw this at Sundance and according to the filmmakers, after Springsteen saw the film he allowed the use of Born in the USA in a movie for the first time in the 35 year history of the song.

  Whenever someone makes a movie about making movies it’s always so in your face. It’s portrayed that movies are somehow the most important and impactful thing in the world. So it was so strange to watch a movie about making movies from the man who has made all the movies and the movie making aspect feels . . . secondary? To make a movie about your parents divorce and have the strength to humanize them seems like an impossible task.…
