I saw this twice in the cinema in 2002 then bought the dvd as soon as could. Was it because of the sweet cowabunga waves or was it the strong yet obvious girl power sisters before misters theme with a touch of romance? Who knows
All I know is that watching it as an adult is that it is a bit gay and Im left wondering if this were a lot of millennials sexual awakening film and if so good for them and rather this than American pie.
Side note: a lot of sea swimming and no mention of UTIs…?

Honestly couldn’t work out what the storyline was. If it had been 45 minutes shorter I might’ve been less angry at the end.
Didn’t pay to watch it though so…
I had an edible in the first five minutes of this and the rest of the film was just a blur.

Had I read the book? Yes. Did I remember most of it? No, except for the increasing your bust thing which I definitely remember doing and it does not work.
