This movie is GOOD. It is so so GOOD. It inspires young people to stand up for the things they're passionate about! And the montage where Mullet Fingers takes Roy exploring around Florida literally gives me so much serotonin. I could watch this movie alone, with friends, or honestly my worst enemy and still feel so much joy. What a gift.

Nicholas Sparks’ FIRST movie and one I actually have not seen before! And it was SO boring and SO long. This movie watching experience might actually throw a wrench in my marathon because getting through this was a snooze fest.
What this chick did was really creepy and Kevin Costner was right to be pissed.
Also, I think I’d like to propose a bill to Congress that makes it illegal for Nicholas Sparks to write sex scenes.
