  Felt like it was missing a point. The vulnerability was really incredible, but I don't understand why the show was created beyond Gadd needing to really publicly and graphically vent?

  "Hurt people hurt people" – yep, we know that. "Trauma can be cyclical" – yep, been there, done that.

  Unfortunately, the show felt very much like it was created as a piece of sensationalism. It didn't come together the way it needed to. I don't feel like "Donny" or the audience learned anything beyond "life can be really miserable."
