  this is my favorite movie ever. the writing was hilarious, nida manzoor does not disappoint. what was even more hilarious was the editing techniques, those cuts to the windows (ifykyk) WERE PERFECTION. i watched it in a sold out theater screening and everyone was laughing literally every two seconds. something that really got me was the demonstration of the sisterly bond. i feel like i haven’t seen a sisterly bond depicted like this and it was so refreshing, i could relate. you need to watch this movie, you will not regret it. 🤎

  • dev patel in a lighthearted, comedy film
  • dev patel acting silly
  • seeing like 5 south asian actors in one film
  • overall vibrancy and colors
  • use of projectors and interwoven timelines
  • the character’s names 
  • is it bad i liked this film more than little women???
